The Rizhao Tourism Administration has unveiled plans to allow tourists to the famous Shandong seaside scenic area to now pre-purchase all tickets online.
Tourists will no longer need to buy tickets at the gate of scenic spots in the Rizhao area. Instead, they can log onto Rzta.com and websites of scenic spots to book e-tickets and even can get a discount through Internet payments and use of two-dimensional barcodes.
The two-dimensional barcode technology not only provides comprehensive, accurate, convenient tourism information and services to tourists, but makes it easier for scenic spots to manage their businesses, as it is possible to more accurately track tourists.
