Though there is yet not a timetable as to when Apple (AAPL) will bring its iPhone to China, local media reports that Apple has already selected an agent for its iPhone mobile phones in China.

The agent is said to be Shenzhen Aishide Industry Company, which is also the general agent of Samsung in China. Neither Apple China nor Aishide have confirmed the report.

iPhone is the first marketable mobile phone launched by Apple. It is estimated that it will land in European markets in the second half of this year and won't come to the Asia market until next year. The price for iPhones in the North American market hover between US$500 and US$600.
