Sohu.com, one of China's online media, communications, commerce and mobile value-added services companies, will release its first quarter 2004 results on Wednesday, April 28, 2004 after U.S. market hours, corresponding with Thursday morning, April 29, 2004 in the Beijing/Hong Kong time zone.

Sohu's management team will host a conference call at 9:00 PM EST, April 28, 2004 (or 9:00 AM on April 29, 2004 in the Hong Kong/China time zone) following the quarterly results announcement.
