These cutting edge technologies have been predicted by experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology and the national key technology institutions, who anticipate the following:

– The mobile industry is expected to become self-supporting in cell phone patents in five years time.

– Applying micro-technology to the computer chip will improve the technology of computers.

– Pharmaceutical biotechnology, which China has a strong good foundation, will become the most advanced in the world.
