China 3C Group has announced the appointment of Xiang Ma as the new President of China 3C Group.

"We are very pleased to welcome Xiang Ma as our President. He has been a major factor in the success of our subsidiary, Yiwu Yong Xin Telecommunication over the past few years. Additionally, his previous experience with a publicly listed company will be an asset to China 3C Group. We look forward to his contributions to our Company as we continue to expand our business," said Zhenggang Wang, Chief Executive Officer of China 3 C Group.

Xiang Ma was previously President of Yiwu Yong Xin Telecommunication Company Limited, China 3C's largest subsidiary, from 1999 to the present.

During the past six years, the company says Ma's expertise in marketing and management have contributed significantly to the company's rapid growth, where it has gone from a small business in the distribution of 3C products, particularly fax machines, in Eastern China to being a major presence in that market.

Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, Ma was the manager of Zhejiang Transfar Company Limited, a high-tech publicly traded company in China. During his time at Zhejiang Transfar, Ma was also responsible for the company's corporate communications. Ma received his Bachelor degree from Zhejiang University with a concentration in business management.
