After five months of work by the China Call Center Industry Development Investigation Team, the China Call Center Industry Development and Research Report 2006 has finally come out.
Data included in the report was collected through interviews, questionnaires and relevant reference materials. It shows that through many years' development, call centers have already spread across nearly all industries of China, and by the end of 2005, there were as many as 216,000 seats in mainland China and the market scale had reached CNY25.53 billion.
The report has for the first time put forward the concept that the construction of "non-service" call centers will become a new growth point for the new call center market.
In addition, it has analyzed in detail the market features, factors that affect the call center market, and developing trend of the call center market inside China.
