Digital China disclosed at a recent meeting that it may realign its businesses and have its ERP business listed in either Hong Kong or NASDAQ in the next five years.
In the first half of the fiscal year, Digital China ERP, an affiliate of the Hong Kong listed Digital China, achieved revenue of CNY160 million, which was an increase of 60% over the same period of last year and 20% higher than the industry average.
Li Jiandong, deputy general manager of the Digital China ERP, said that the company's rapid progress means there is still big room for growing in the sector. Li said that with international giants pressing on seizing the market, Digital China ERP must quickly expand itself, and an overseas listing will give it the necessary capital to grow.
Li predicts that the sales of Digital China ERP will reach CNY1 billion to CNY2 billion after after getting listed.
