According to an internal email from Founder Technology, the company has appointed Cong Youjiang and Ye Ping as new vice chairmen.

Local Chinese media reports the email says that as a result of a job transfer, Qian Xinguo and Sun Guofu will no longer be vice chairmen of Founder Technology. Nominated by the company's chairman Lan Ye, the board of directors of Founder Technology has now appointed Cong Youjiang and Ye Ping as new vice chairmen of the company.

Born in 1964, Cong Youjiang joined Founder Technology in 2001. Before being appointed vice chairman of the company, he was vice general manager and general manager for Founder Technology's sales sector in the northeast China area; general manager for the company's service sector; vice general manager and general manager for the company's sales sector; and chairman's assistant of the company.

Born in 1963, Ye Ping has recently served as vice general manager for Founder Technology's Enterprise Planning Department; vice general manager and general manager for the company's operations sector; general manager for the company's northwestern and central China areas; assistant chairman of the company; and vice general manager for the IT software business of Founder Group.
