Chinese B2C e-commerce website JD.com announced that Huang Xuande has been appointed new chief financial officer of the company.

JD.com said that at present, the company has a clear strategic positioning. To seize the opportunity to establish and enhance its business advantages and continue to improve its internal management, they decided to invite Huang to join as new CFO.

Before joining JD.com, Huang was CFO of Pactera and its predecessor VanceInfo. Between 2008 and 2012, he also held positions like chief operating officer of VanceInfo and joint president of VanceInfo.

Former CFO Chen Shengqiang joined JD.com in 2007 and served as financial director and financial vice president before. In 2012, he was appointed CFO of JD.com.
