Foxconn Group's Jusda and South Korea's SK Holdings C&C signed a strategic cooperation agreement to set up a supply chain management joint venture named FSK.
The new joint venture will promote a customized artificial intelligence logistics service platform and develop innovative supply chain services.
The joint venture already completed registration at the beginning of October 2016 and it will launch multiple projects at the end of this year. The total capitalization amount and ownership stakes for the parties have not yet been released.
This new JV will provide solutions and business process outsourcing services to Jusda's 200 customers. At the same time, it will transfer the existing processes into AI and robot technical processes developed based on data tasks.
In addition, the joint venture will open its logistics cloud technology platform to the global market.
