Swiss luxury jewelry and watch brand Chopard is opening its own e-commerce flagship store on JD.com. This is the first time for Chopard to tap the Chinese e-commerce sector.

Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, Chopard was founded in 1860 and has a history of 157 years.

In its JD flagship store, Chopard will provide its most representative products. Meanwhile, the company will launch a red bracelet of its Happy Hearts series and Happy Ocean watch series on JD.

In addition, JD will offer high-end special delivery service to consumers who buy Chopard products. Those consumers will get the products within 24 hours after they place the orders and the products will be delivered by staff with professional training. The service currently covers Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu.

With the cooperation, JD's 258 million active users will help Chopard expand its business network; in return, the entry of Chopard will further support JD's development in the luxury e-commerce sector.

Prior to this, international luxury brands like Zenith, Swarovski, Trussardi and Armani had already entered JD's online platform.
