Dome To Fully Acquire Letv Game

September 28, 2017
Internet | Software

Chinese mobile game developer and operator Dome announced plans to acquire Letv Game in cash; however, no financial details were revealed.

LeEco's Letv Zhixin indirectly owns a 21.44% stake in Letv Game via its wholly-owned subsidiary Letv Investment Management (Beijing) Co. Ltd., making it the second largest shareholder of Letv Game.

However, commenting on the acquisition, LeEco pointed out that Letv Game is merely a company that LeEco once invested in and it does not wholly belong to its listed company entity. In fact, Letv Game may be out of the control of LeEco long ago.

Dome is a gaming company under the financial management platform Qbao.com. It is mainly engaged in game publishing and app distribution.
