Baidu Cloud, Ctrip Reached In-depth Cooperation

Baidu Cloud and Ctrip recently reached in-depth cooperation and the two parties will realize the intelligent upgrade of Ctrip in the tourism market by combining cloud and AI.

At the same time, they will jointly explore intelligent services for tourism industry customers.

The cooperation between Baidu Cloud and Ctrip will not be limited to IT infrastructure services. With Baidu Cloud's AI abilities, the two parties will target the features of the tourism industry and customize scenario-oriented and business-oriented solutions for Ctrip.

In addition, to make sure that users can access the services anytime, Ctrip's customer service department is providing 7×24 service. During the Spring Festival travel season of 2018, Ctrip's many customer service staff received more than 100 calls every day. With the help of Baidu Cloud's AI technologies, such as automatic speech recognition, text-to-speech, and natural language processing, Ctrip will be able to complete its smart customer service platform and to answer user questions more efficiently.

Ctrip and Baidu Cloud will also jointly develop diversified intelligent services in more scenes, aiming to help Ctrip improve operating efficiency and lower costs.
