The Chinese government have announced new regulations for games; banning effeminate men, panty shots, declaring Japanese and anime games “dangerous;” and more. As reported by the South China Morning Post (SCMP), the Chinese government had not announced new game licenses for August and September- a break in the monthly approvals.
