New Delhi: Half a century after the Himalayas turned red with blood during the 1962 war, the armies of India and China have again clashed amid the frozen mountains at the roof of the world. In 1962, Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh was one of the hotspots of the war and had witnessed incredible bravery by the soldiers of the ill-equipped soldiers of the Indian Army as they fought the much better armed, better equipped and better prepared People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China. However, unlike 1962, the Tawang clash in 2022 saw the Indian Army beat back the PLA soldiers....
