Pinsent Masons has taken possession of more than 31,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at 120 Bothwell Street in the city’s business district, which will accommodate around 260 lawyers and support staff.
The law firm declared that Aurora, which is owned by Forma Real Estate and has a 4,000 sq ft rooftop terrace, “is regarded as one of Scotland’s most sustainable office developments”.
It added: “The move represents a significant investment by Pinsent Masons, reflecting the firm’s continued confidence in the city as a major UK business and financial centre.”

Pinsent Masons, which employs more than 550 people across Scotland in its Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen offices, noted it advises clients “across key sectors including financial services, energy, infrastructure, real estate, and technology, science and innovation”.
It observed the move has been delivered in partnership with Aurora’s development manager, HFD Property Group, “a long-standing client of the firm which was central in facilitating the relocation”.
