NEW DELHI: An expert on Pakistan and China, Lt Gen NS Raja Subramani (retd) has been appointed the country’s next Chief of Defence Staff (CDS). The govt has also appointed Vice-Admiral Krishna Swaminathan as the next chief of the Indian Navy.
