Chinese automated equipment maker Jinshi Intelligent Robot Co. Ltd. recorded over 10 million yuan in exports to Russia during the first eight months of 2026, driven by rising demand from Russian construction firms replacing European machinery with Chinese industrial automation.

Based in Renqiu, Cangzhou, the Hebei-based manufacturer produces customized robotic welding arms designed to fabricate disc-lock scaffolding components. According to company technicians, the automated systems maintain a welding qualification rate exceeding 99 percent and boost operational efficiency by nearly three times compared to manual labor, compressing positional error to under 0.1 millimeters.

The export milestone marks a significant turnaround for the enterprise, which was established in 1996 as a producer of conventional welding machinery before transitioning toward intelligent manufacturing lines. Company executives noted that early international sales efforts faced resistance from overseas buyers accustomed to European suppliers. However, market conditions shifted in 2022 as Russian reliance on European industrial equipment loosened, opening a window for Chinese manufacturers to enter the sector.

To win over skeptical Russian construction groups, the company claims that Jinshi engineers conducted 72-hour continuous stress tests on cooling and control systems, refined programming algorithms, and stationed permanent technical support personnel in Russia to handle on-site training and maintenance. Following factory inspections at the Renqiu facility, Russian buyers signed initial equipment contracts that subsequently expanded into orders for complete automated production lines.

Beyond its momentum in Russia, Jinshi reports that it has expanded its export footprint across more than 30 countries and regions, including Germany, Italy, and South Korea, as Chinese industrial automation providers continue seeking overseas growth.
