Chinese online job recruitment portal ChinaHR.com, whose sales income doubled in 2005, is scheduled to invest CNY100 million this year to build its brand and increase its growth rate to 150%.

Zhang Jianguo, CEO of the ChinaHR.com, says that its cooperation with America-based Monster.com has helped them save two years' time in management and internationalization.

Zhang says that this year, while simultaneously placing the advertisement of the company in the subways of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, they will shift their focus to professionals and white-collar users.

As an important part of their investment, ChinaHR.com will spend over CNY10 million this year on CCTV's program "Win in China", which is about wealth creation. ChinaHR.com will serve as the sole network support of the program.
