Changzhou Zhongwang Century Information Technology Company has been designated as a formal advertising agent for Google (GOOG) in China.

Changzhou Zhongwang will be responsible for the search engine's Google AdWords in the Changzhou area in Jiangsu Province.

Jian Jing, general manager of Changzhou Zhongwang, says that his company is a professional IT company engaged in website construction for businesses and government clients.

Zhou Shaoning, vice president of Google International and joint president of Google China, says that Google's ad agent system is growing rapidly in China.
