The southern island province of Hainan has just launched a new trial scheme to facilitate the use of digital payments by overseas tourists. The Sanya Dadonghai Tourism Zone Inbound Tourist Mobile Payments Demonstration Zone (?????????????????????) was officially launched on 3 December.
