Shanghai Media & Entertainment Group and Shanghai Mobile have jointly created a new video and audio frequency service–Oriental Dragon–which provides real time television programs, such as sports and financial news, to mobile phone users.

Users will be able to watch their favorite shows via their mobile phones. Service fees are still being discussed at this point.
