AsiaInfo Signs CRM System Upgrade Contract

AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASIA), a provider of software, solutions and services to telecom operators and enterprises in China, today announced that it has signed a contract with Sichuan Mobile to implement phase III upgrades of the carrier's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

AsiaInfo's analytical CRM solution is a decision support system customized to analyze, report on and predict customer behavior and spending patterns. The company's CRM software solution has been recently upgraded and customized for Sichuan Mobile in order to enhance the carrier's ability to identify key customers, understand their unique characteristics and formulate proactive marketing strategies to enhance customer relationships.

Sichuan Mobile first selected AsiaInfo to deploy its CRM software solution in the beginning of 2002. With this latest contract, AsiaInfo will have implemented all three upgrade phases of the carrier's CRM system.
