IC Star East MMS Enters Agreement With 5wan

Telecom Communications, Inc. announced that its recent acquisition, IC Star East MMS, Limited, has entered an agreement to form a more aggressive and closer partnership with 5wan.

Both companies will launch cooperation in SMS, MMS, Coloring Ring Back Tone service and other fields based on the celebrity resources of IC Star East MMS, Limited. 5wan will provide the technical platform and take part in promoting this new operation.

Commenting on the partnership, Ms. Liu Yan, Marketing Manager of StarEastNet said: "We are very delighted to have this opportunity to partner with 5wan. They have extensive experience in the SMS, WAP and other value-added services fields. We feel this venture will be an extremely positive one and lucrative by leveraging 5wan broad operation coverage fields and its faithful user base."

Telecom Communications, Inc. (recently acquired Arran Services Limited. Arran owns 80% of the capital stock interest of Superb Quality Limited, and 80% of the capital stock interests of IC Star East MMS, Limited. Superb Quality Limited owns all of the capital stock interest of StarEastNet Limited. Arran is doing business in China through its two subsidiaries – StarEastNet Limited and IC Star East MMS, Limited. IC Star East MMS Limited (formerly known as Sino Super Limited) is a China-based local information and services affiliates network. Established in December 1991, IC Star East MMS Ltd. has contracted with more than 2000 websites and collected all of their Internet and mobile phone users to be the online/offline members. ICStarMMS.com through IC China network links entertainment & lifestyle information to local communities across China. IC Star MMS, which has been created by original Star SMS/MMS called (My Star Friends) community, was first invented in SMS/MMS interactive between Star and fans in the world.
