Chinadotcom is holding 81.37% of Under the agreement, StarEastNet will utilize its pool of celebrities and their artistic resources, in conjunction with Newpalm's development of Short Messaging Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) and Coloring Ring Back Tone service. Newpalm will provide the technical platform and promote these new services to its Palm users.
