Industries International Signs Supply Contract With Foxconn

Industries International, Inc., a growing manufacturer and distributor of telephones, telecommunications-related technology and lithium batteries in China, recently announced that it has signed an agreement to supply corded telephones to Foxconn Group, a global manufacturer of electronics products.

The Company indicated that it expects to begin recording revenue from the new sales during the current fourth quarter, ending December 31, 2003. The telephones will be supplied to Foxconn on an exclusive worldwide basis by Industry International's telecommunications-equipment subsidiary, Shenzhen Wonderland Communication Science & Technology Co., Ltd, which sells under the Wondial trademark.

China-based Foxconn Group, formally known as Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., produces components for computers, Internet communication, consumer electronics and related products. It is a multi-national company with 36 subsidiaries in mainland China and more than 60 overseas manufacturing centers and branches. It employs 50,000 worldwide.
