Name Change Approved For ACL Semiconductors

ACL Semiconductors, Inc. announced today that its name change from Print Data Corporation to ACL Semiconductors has been approved by shareholders and the SEC effective December 16, 2003.

The company will seek a symbol change to reflect the name change and is expected to announce the new trading symbol within the next 15 business days. ACL Semiconductors also plans to apply for listing on the American Stock Exchange in January 2004.

ACL Semiconductors is a distributor of Samsung memory chip products, including DRAM, Flash, SRAM and Mask ROM products for the Hong Kong and Southern China markets.
