Financial Results for Sina Forthcoming

Sina Corporation will announce its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2003 and the full year 2003 on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2004 after the close of market.

Following the announcement, Sina's management team will host a conference call at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time to present an overview of the Company's financial performance and business operations.

The dial-in number for the call is 617-786-2960. The pass code is 25444851. A live Webcast of the call will be available from 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2004 (9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Beijing Time on February 4th, 2004).
