Anoto's China Order

Anoto receives a first phase order in China for Euro 1,1 million, for licenses to manufacture digital pens enabling Anoto functionality and for server software, comprising in addition current engineering costs.

The order also involves future royalties on digital pens and revenue sharing from service proceeds. USYS, the China-based company having entered the agreement with Anoto, will both manufacture and sell digital pens as well as develop and sell services enabling Anoto functionality.

USYS, having succeeded to the role that AiNiDo started up in China, today has approximately 60 employees dedicated to Anoto functionality and located in three key regions within China for the business of digital pens and services enabling Anoto functionality.
