263 Attempts To Win Users Via "Use First, Pay Later"

March 11, 2004
Internet

263 Group, the professional email service provider in China, has formally announced that it will adopt a "use first, pay later" approach for its email service marketing, which greatly lowers the conditions for middle and small enterprises to access to the service.

263 hopes to win an additional 50,000 new users within the year. According to 263, an enterprise will get its own email box within one minute, just by filling in some necessary information about the enterprise at www.263idc.net, and it is then free to make payment any time within the next three months after registration. So far, 263's competitors have not expressed any concern about 263's move.
