Twister Networks To Distribute VoIP Phones

May 12, 2004
Telecom & Wireless

Twister Networks Inc. today announced plans to distribute its VoIP Internet phones throughout China, and is positioning to have its China distribution network in place for its VoIP phones within the next 30-60 days.

Twister Networks provides VoIP Internet phone calling devices and services worldwide, with its primary markets targeted at Asia, the United States, and Europe.

Company executives have spent the last few weeks overseas to lead the initial setup of such a distribution network throughout China. Twister Networks has recently retained the business development firm Ascot Chase in Shanghai to assist in locating distributors in each Chinese province. Ascot Chase represents the seven foreign trade zones, which provides a close business-to-government relationship in each of those provinces.
