Shanda will announce its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 on Monday, November 8, 2004 after the close of the New York Stock Exchange, corresponding with Tuesday morning, November 9, 2004 in the Beijing/Hong Kong time zone.
On November 8, Shanda's management team will host a conference call at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, corresponding with November 9, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time, to present an overview of the company's financial performance and business operations. Netease will report its financial results on November 3, 2004 (Eastern Time).

Ted Sun, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Denny Lee, Chief Financial Officer and Michael Tong, Chief Operating Officer, will be on the call to discuss the quarterly results and highlights, and answer questions.
