The Mobile Media Company, headquartered in Norway, today announced a 51% acquisition of China-based wireless service provider, Shenzhen Netfan Technologies Limited.

Following the company's recent acquisitions of both the North American mobile services and distribution company Telenor Interactive and Viva Technologies AS, the addition of Netfan, located in Shenzhen, China, adds an additional 1.5 million corporate and private subscribers to Mobile Media's international network.

"We are delighted to add Netfan to our growing portfolio. Netfan's capabilities will strengthen our presence in this enormous market," said Karsten Hauge, CEO of The Mobile Media Company.

David J. Wong, CEO of Mobile Media Asia Pacific, said, "Netfan is an important element in our China strategy. Their nationwide ICP license and strong relationships with both China Mobile and China Unicom will enable us to provide mobile users in China with content from our global network of content provider partners."
