Kingsoft Sells Online Game Distribution Rights To Junnet

China's Junnet.cn has outbid heavyweight contender Federal Software to become Kingsoft's "Feng Shen Bang" network online game distributor.

Junnet offered Kingsoft CNY 60 million for the rights to distribute and manage the game, and Federal Software's losing bid monetary value is still unclear.

Local media report that industry analysts say that the value of Junnet's bid was not as important as Federal Software's unfocused strategies. In the past year, Federal Software has developed and tested its own "Aoshi Online" game and has signed rights to market games like "A3" and "Legend3". Federal Software plans to continue to market other games, and Kingsoft apparently chose Junnet because this company could better focus on the growth and marketing of "Feng Shen Bang".
