The China Telecommunication Technology Labs (CTTL), an establishment engaged in mobile terminal products technology testing, held a press conference at the end of last week to open its facilities to the media.

Certified by both the China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL) and organizations overseas like DATECH, CTTL will serve as a comprehensive telecom equipment testing base in China.

The lab is also an important research and development component that will be used by Chinese companies to start inventing their own products. In the past, many companies relied instead on innovating.

The lab is accredited for the implementation of APEC-TEL-MRA and plays a key role in checking mobile products' standards for consumers.
