Chinese online travel company (LONG) has announced the appointment of Henrik Kjellberg, vice president and managing director,, to its board of directors.

Kjellberg will replace outgoing board member Diarmuid Russell, of Expedia, Inc., who served as director since October 2004. Kjellberg's appointment is effective immediately.

Kjellberg is vice president and managing director, supply Europe for Expedia, in which role he oversees all hotel, car and destination services for the region.
