Chinese home electronics retailers Hisense and Kelon each released their own announcements this week regarding Hisense's acquisition of Kelon.

Hisense says in the announcement that it will take over Kelon's stake around the May Day holiday. This is the first time that Hisense has published the acquisition results.

Hisense says that it has spent CNY680 million on acquiring the Kelon stake and a work team consisting of both sides, the government, the court and the department of industry and commerce is ready to deal with the stake transfer procedures, which is expected to be completed before the Labor Day holiday.

In addition, Hisense says that it will release a new logo to replace the old Kelon logo on May 18.

  1. I'm trying to find warranty details for Hisense TV model no HSM685AV. I have tried their website but the website is very poor or perhaps not finished

  2. Hello, I need to replace my remote control for my Hisense LCD TL3220 Part No: IES041201 (It does not work anymore). I saw that I could buy one online on your HisenseUSA website, but I do not find the link anymore. I bought this LCD a year ago and the buttons on the remote control have stopped working one by one over time to the point that none of them work now! It is driving me crazy. Awesome LCD , the worst remote ever made!
