Internet

By making use of RFID technology, the Shanghai government hopes to carry out effective monitoring and management of animal products that enter the city.

Shanghai's monitoring system is composed of digital cameras at each of the entry points and an RFID information management platform that is linked to a central computer. It is used to ensure that all the animals and animal products entering the city are safe.

The RFID information management system is mainly used to record and check vehicles that carry animals or animal products.

In addition, Shanghai will hold an international RFID technology exhibition in November where many different technologies and applications system based on RFID will be displayed.
