AsiaInfo Expands Zhejiang Mobile's Business Operation Support System

AsiaInfo (ASIA) has entered into a BOSS Phase IV expansion contract with Zhejiang Mobile.

"We are delighted to have this opportunity to expand Zhejiang Mobile's BOSS capabilities," said Steve Zhang, AsiaInfo's President and CEO. "The BOSS Phase IV expansion will help integrate Zhejiang Mobile's key support functions and help it more effectively manage its rapidly increasing range of customer service offerings."

Zhejiang Mobile's BOSS Phase IV expansion project will combine product billing, product life cycle management, channel management and other subsidiary systems for both retail and business customers into an integrated support system. The new business operation portal will allow users to access system functions through a single point improving product management and increasing operating efficiency.

Zhejiang Mobile is one of the largest telecom operators in China, both in terms of network scale and number of customers.
