Neusoft Prepares Offshore Software Outsourcing In Dalian

Neusoft is planning its second industry park in Dalian, the Neusoft Hekou International Software Park, at the Dalian High-tech Industrial Zone.

This new park is designed to strengthen the capacity of Neusoft in software outsourcing, BPO, and embedded system development for the European, American, Japanese, and Korean markets.

In recent years, Neusoft has been maintaining a high-speed growth in software and service outsourcing by leveraging its geographic advantage and competitive edge. Neusoft has developed long-term plans and investment schedules for its human resource and industrial bases to further achieve a scale operation and international expansion.

Dr. Liu Jiren, Chairman and CEO of Neusoft, says, "Over the past several years, Neusoft have made remarkable growth
in solutions, software outsourcing, embedded systems, and software talents training, and we have made a big-scale operation within the industry in China. Especially, we have been ranked China's No. 1 in software outsourcing for two consecutive years."

Neusoft Hekou International Software Park, located at Lvshun Nanlu, Dalian, close to Xiaoping Island, covers a floor area of 500,000 sqm. Relying on Neusoft's innovative development model that well integrates industry, education, and research together, this new park will serve as a major base for Neusoft's international software and service outsourcing.
