Under the terms of the agreement, General DataComm will resell H3C's products to customers in North America. H3C is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Ethernet, IP routing equipment, and related technologies worldwide.

GDC manufactures equipment used for network access, multi-service switching, routing, and transmission solutions in a variety of vertical markets.
