Apple's iPhone 4S Coming To Hong Kong This Week

Apple's latest smartphone product iPhone 4S will start retail sales in Hong Kong on November 11, 2011.

Apart from Hong Kong, there are another 14 countries and regions which will become the second batch to introduce iPhone 4S, including South Korea, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Greece, Guatemala, Malta, Montenegro, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal and Romania.

Prior to this, the iPhone 4S was supplied to 29 countries and regions worldwide and the number will be increase to over 70 by the end of the year. However, it is still an open question if the smartphone will be available on the Chinese mainland by then.

A representative from China Unicom, Apple's exclusive operator partner in mainland China, revealed that China Unicom is expected to introduce iPhone 4S to Chinese mainland users at the end of this year, and the company has already started preparing for the packages design and distribution.

Apple's official website in Hong Kong also announced that it has started accepting Internet bookings of the iPhone 4S and each user can book no more than ten units. The retail prices for iPhone 4S in Hong Kong were also disclosed, with HKD5,088 for 16GB version; HKD5,888 for 32GB version; and HKD6,688 for the 64GB version. In addition, the white and black iPhone 4S will be provided at the same price.
