Chinese Internet video company Youku-Tudou announced that the company has added two new executives: Chief Product Officer Gu Sibin and Senior Vice President Li Jie.

As chief product officer, Gu will be responsible for product strategy and operations to promote the group's consumer-focused business. Gu is the first chief product officer since the founding of Youku-Tudou.

Prior to this, Gu worked for Tencent for ten years and he was in charge of several key services, including QQ membership, QQ show, and Tencent's e-commerce division. He also held positions like chief marketing officer of Yixun.com and deputy general manager of Tencent e-commerce. After that Gu joined JD Group as vice president and led its mobile business.

As senior vice president, Li will be responsible for Youku-Tudou's human resources and business expansion. Before joining Youku-Tudou, Li was a vice president at AsiaInfo, leading human resources, organizational development, as well as management of investments in mobile Internet, cloud computing, and big data start-ups.
