The recruitment website 51job.com recently acquired two companies Yingjiesheng.com and Beijing Zhiding Youyuan Management Consulting Co., Ltd. for a combined sum of CNY268.7 million.

51job.com revealed that they invested CNY250 million in the acquisition of Yingjiesheng.com, which is also a recruitment website. Headquartered in Shanghai, Yingjiesheng.com was launched in 2007. The company mainly offers full-time and part-time jobs for graduates and students. At present, the company claims to have eight million registered users.

Apart from the acquisition of Yingjiesheng.com, 51job.com bought a 60% stake in Beijing Zhiding Youyuan Management Consulting Co., Ltd. for CNY18.7 million in June 2015. Based on the recent report published by 51job.com, Zhiding Youyuan was founded in 2010. Specializing in individual talent and quality assessment services, the company mainly serves corporate clients.

In addition, 51job.com said that the company implemented some non-controlling investments in the second quarter of 2015 and the total investment scale reached CNY20.1 million.
