China Unicom recently held its 14th international cooperation partner conference and announced the launch of its global cooperation partner program named UP Program, which has covered 23 carrier cooperation partners by far.

Li Guohua, general manager of China Unicom, said that the issuance of 5G license marks the beginning of China's 5G commercial use and the Chinese communications market is expected to enter another fast development period. He sincerely invited global cooperation partners to join China Unicom's UP Program to promote complementary advantages and realize industrial prosperity.

So far, the alliance has recruited 16 members and it will continue to promote in-depth discussions in network technology and business innovation sectors among its members and the various communities of the society.

Meanwhile, China Unicom published a new "U Plus" product and service system, targeting global cloud network collaboration market.
