Meitu Made Strategic Investment In Dajie.com

Meitu recently published an announcement, stating that the company will make a strategic investment in Dajie.com by issuing shares and cash payment to acquire about 57.09% stake and the total transaction value is about HKD395 million, of which about HKD52.53 million will be paid in cash.

On the completion of the transaction, Dajie.com will maintain independent operation. Meanwhile, Meitu will enable Dajie.com with its traffic advantage and Meitu's value-added service portfolio will be enriched.

Dajie.com was established by Wang Xiujuan in 2008 and it is a social recruitment platform. With the help of big data analysis, it provides precise matching service to job seekers and enterprises, which improves the efficiency and quality of the human resources industry.

According to the report, Meitu currently has a large user group and over 80% of its users are below the age of 35. Dajie.com's social recruitment platform can offer a value-added service to Meitu users to improve their participation and loyalty. At the same time, the transaction will promote the growth of Dajie.com and it can create new business opportunities through subscription and targeted advertising of individuals and organizations.
