Chinese classified information platform 58.com recently announced to appoint Zhou Hao as its international business president, fully leading the company's international business expansion outside mainland China.

Zhou's responsibilities will include overseas strategy research and planning, talent introduction and team building, and market penetration. This is the first time for 58.com to set this position. Meanwhile, Zhou will no longer be CFO of 58.com, but he will continue to manage investor relationship. Current vice CFO Ye Wei will be promoted to CFO of 58.com.

Yao Jinbo, CEO of 58.com, said that they appreciate Zhou's huge contributions as the first CFO of the company over the past eight years and they congratulate him for this new exciting role of international business president. He has been a dedicated and respected member of the leader team. With the continuous and stable development of its domestic business, 58.com hopes to expand their business in key overseas markets basing on their deep understanding of the classified information business model and their leading technology advantages. Zhou has a pioneering vision and rich international experience; therefore, he is the best option to take the leadership of overseas expansion.

Zhou joined 58.com as CFO in May 2011. Before joining the company, he had been CFO of CITIC Pharmaceutical since September 2010.
