China Unicom formally announced to establish a new branch in Cambodia.
By far, China Unicom has established 13 branches in countries and regions along the "Belt and Road Initiative" line.
H.E. Tram Iv Tek, minister of Posts and Telecommunications in Cambodia, said that they believe carriers in China and Cambodia will continue to enhance cooperation to provide better information communication services to local enterprises as well as Chinese enterprises that invest in Cambodia. They are looking forward to China Unicom's participation in the "digital Cambodia" process.
Meng Shusen, general manager of China Unicom Global, said that China Unicom will further enhance its cooperation with Cambodian operators to promote the development of local communication market. They will help Cambodian enterprises set up business in China while providing quality communication services to Chinese companies that invest in Cambodia.
