Neighboring West Lake scenic area, farmer’s markets, department stores, and kindergartens, Ding’an Community has a large flow of people. As a result, it is hard to manage the community. “We collected information about local residents and their requirements by Xiao Qing,” said an official from Qingbo subdistrict. “Then we made some improvements based on these requirements, including the reconstruction of the water supply system and the installation of smart security facilities.” Currently, Xiao Qing has served more than 330,000 residents and helped local residents solve 87 affairs, greatly alleviating the pressure on human community workers.
