T tracyrode · Registered Joined Sep 10, 2016 · 4 Jul 31, 2017 For some unknown reason, my Meistergram Pro 1500 goes back to an obvious factory reset and is in Chinese upon start up. It also doesn't retain any parameters I've set and embroidery designs that should be saved. I'm able to get it back into English, so I can do my work but it won't stay that way. The warranty expired 3 months ago.... Go figure! If anyone has any experience with this, I'd greatly appreciate your advice. Thanks! Save Share Reply
